As Co-Founder and CEO of MOBI, Scott Kraege oversees the execution of company strategy and provides leadership to senior teams including Finance, Product, Service Delivery, and Go-to-Market. A down-to-earth leader, Scott is quick to credit MOBI’s success to his visionary partnership, an award-winning culture, and some of the brightest talent in the industry. With a passion for engaging others and creating meaningful relationships, Scott leads the cultivation and preservation of MOBI’s unique culture.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Scott graduated from Xavier University with a degree in Advertising and Fine Arts, where he quickly realized being an entrepreneur was in his future. He spent a few years in Advertising as an account executive for The Indianapolis Indians and Big Brothers before he started Bluefish Wireless in 2001 with three of his childhood friends.

Using their own savings and borrowed funds from family and friends, Scott and his partners built the foundation for enterprises to manage the mobile evolution. Hustle drove the partnership forward; then, a few lucky breaks, extremely hard work, and amazing clients transformed Bluefish into MOBI – the standard for how businesses manage the relationship between employees and technology.

One thing has remained constant for the past 14 years: the trust and partnership within MOBI’s Co-Founders. The remarkable culture and leadership woven throughout MOBI originates with how Scott and the other Co-Founders innovate and work together.

Scott brings the same enthusiasm to his personal life as he does his business. His wife, Lisa, and their four children (all under the age of 13) keep him busy, yet balanced. Through his time, resources and a scholarship he founded in 2007, he passionately supports children who suffer from learning disabilities. In addition to other philanthropic efforts, he is involved with the Indiana Sports Corporation, The Indianapolis Museum of Art and Brackets for Good. When outside of home and office, he can be found standing in a river, fly rod in hand, chasing trout.
