As MOBI’s Director of Channels, Tom Koch is focused on developing and formalizing our team’s channel sales organization, rigorously assessing existing channel strategies, and recommending positive changes to maximize our global reach and impact. Tom studied Business Management at the University of Illinois at Chicago and has a background in sales, including leadership positions at both Motorola and most recently ADTRAN Inc. His sales background includes direct, OEM, and channel sales, and he’s been instrumental in developing multiple highly successful channel programs.

Outside of the office, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He and his family are avid Chicago Blackhawks and Cubs fans.

Matt East is the Director of Customer Success at MOBI, where he leads a team in strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing user adoption, customer retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Passionate in helping customers drive innovation within their mobility programs, he joined MOBI in 2009, and was a part of MOBI’s team that launched a global BYOD initiative in 2013 that spanned nearly 40 countries for a Global 100 company organization.

Matt attended Marian University and received a degree in Business Administration. He is an avid reader and enjoys learning new things about technology, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Outside of work, he has two dogs, Spike and Sweet Pea, and lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Rachel.

As MOBI’s Global Sales and Solutions Manager, Rory Billing conceptualizes viable and effective client mobility programs focused on universal services delivery and global customer experiences. With a background in configuring software to provide value for enterprises, he blends analytical roots with entrepreneurial passions to build cost-saving solutions that meet complex mobility needs. Prior to his time at MOBI, he worked at Tinderbox as a Sales Engineer, where he designed SaaS contracting solutions for new clients.

Rory grew up in Cincinnati and studied Mathematics and Economics at Miami University. He enjoys spending time with family and avidly supports the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, as well as Chelsea FC. He also has a talent for singing, writing music, and playing both piano and guitar.

Before MOBI, Kevin honed his B2B services-based business development career, most recently for Stericycle Inc. as a national account manager.

Kevin is a DePauw graduate with a degree in Communications and a minor in Economics. He also has an MBA from Butler with a concentration on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Kevin has been happily married to his wife Lindsay since May 2015, and is expecting his first child in April 2017.

Jenny Taylor is a Regional Sales Manager at MOBI, where she works with customers and prospects to better understand how they’re managing their mobility environments. Through establishing credibility and cultivating relationships, she identifies new solutions to help customers solve real-life challenges. With over 15 years of experience in the TEM industry, she has a unique focus on mobility and solution consulting, having worked at small start-ups such as BBR Wireless and, through multiple acquisitions, some of the largest companies in the world like IBM – with which she collaborated and educated clients (both internal and external) about the value of TEM and MMS. During her tenure at these companies, she’s held leadership positions within global managed services and technical/solution architecture, in addition to coordinating functional areas within program management capacities. Jenny’s past responsibilities extend to operations, people management, marketing, partner development & strategy, product & services development, and sales.

Jenny graduated from University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Administration. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Louisville, Kentucky. In her spare time, she enjoys road-trips and meeting new people.

Jerry Baughey is a Regional Sales Manager for MOBI, where he helps large enterprise organizations simplify their incredibly-complex wireless environments. With his expert aid, he shows companies how they can save money, streamline workflows, and gain both visibility and control of their mobility using MOBI’s award-winning platform and people-focused approach to efficiency. Previous to MOBI, Jerry was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for BitWise Solutions, a local web development firm, where he led both the company’s go-to-market and marketing strategies. The majority of his career has been within the wireless business, dating back to the use of pagers when he worked for Arch Wireless.

Jerry received his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI) and his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is proud to call Indianapolis home, living north of the city with his wife, Lora, and their four kids, Tyler, Elisane, Brandon and Brooklyn. In his spare time, he is a musician – playing in two bands: one a worship band for his church, and the other a hard rock band, Full Pardon, for fun.
