MOBI Wireless is looking for candidates that are passionate, articulate, service oriented, individuals to join and expand our Operations team. The Account Specialist will be working with clients in a courteous, professional and prompt manner. This role is for someone who excels at problem solving while providing “white glove” customer service and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment. 2 – 4 year college degree is preferred, but not required.
This position is a Monday – Friday opportunity. We currently have two shifts that are available, 8:00am – 5:00pm and 11:00am – 8:00pm.
- Providing day to day operational helpdesk support which includes receiving inbound calls, as well as providing web support via live chats, email and portal activities
- Processing service orders, answering questions, troubleshooting
- Analyzing monthly billing and program reports
- Answering inbound customer service calls
- General account maintenance
- Managing customer relationships with corporate partners
- Creating an exciting work environment
