Account Specialist

Job Description

MOBI Wireless is looking for candidates that are passionate, articulate, service oriented, individuals to join and expand our Operations team. The Account Specialist will be working with clients in a courteous, professional and prompt manner. This role is for someone who excels at problem solving while providing “white glove” customer service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment. 2 – 4 year college degree is preferred, but not required.

This position is a Monday – Friday opportunity. We currently have two shifts that are available, 8:00am – 5:00pm and 11:00am – 8:00pm.

The Job

  • Providing day to day operational helpdesk support which includes receiving inbound calls, as well as providing web support via live chats, email and portal activities
  • Processing service orders, answering questions, troubleshooting
  • Analyzing monthly billing and program reports
  • Answering inbound customer service calls
  • General account maintenance
  • Managing customer relationships with corporate partners
  • Creating an exciting work environment
