MOBI is Efficiency First Certified
The certification program was configured based on an evaluation of MOBI’s solution capabilities against 16 different categories unique to the mobile telecom industry, including but not limited to: reporting and analysis, help desk, sourcing and procurement, and inventory management. The 16 categories are part of the Efficiency First® Framework v2.0, a standard for managing enterprise fixed and mobile telecommunications environments.
MOBI’s recognized strengths
Previous AOTMP vendor studies and the most recent Efficiency First® Certification have MOBI rated among the leaders in:
- Overall customer satisfaction. Positive experiences in regards to the staff at MOBI and the service and support received are common. Specific comments in regards to having knowledgeable staff and experiencing quick response times are common themes expressed by MOBI customers.
- Device provisioning, staging, and kitting services. These value-adding services are rarely provided by WMM vendors. Furthermore, these services are all performed by internal staff and are not outsourced.
- Technology. MOBI’s solution design process and solution implementation have been recognized as strengths that stand-out in the industry.
