A Different Kind of Charity Stripe

Posted on March 7, 2017 by Matt Louden

IndianapolisCollege basketball isn’t the only one with a bracket! Since 2012, in fact, Indianapolis-based Brackets for Good has hosted its own March Madness-style tournament to promote charitable giving and community awareness.

Today, Brackets for Good hosts competitions in 12 different cities all over the United States including Indianapolis, where MOBI has been the divisional sponsor for six straight years and this year is powering the live bracket. In total, the group has raised nearly $3 million for a variety of local nonprofit groups and causes.

So far, more than $200,000 has been raised in the first round of 2017’s Indianapolis matchups. Not too shabby considering $446,514 was the six-round total last year. It’s easy to pick a favorite charity and donate from the event website. Or you can be part of the 21% that prefer to donate via mobile device instead.

Follow Brackets for Good on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for updates and more information on how to get involved.

  1. Brackets For Good tournaments have raised a significant amount of awareness and funds for well deserving charities across the county; none of that would have been possible if it wasn’t for MOBI’s longtime support.

The world’s most powerful software to centralize and automate the management of wireless devices; AND a dedication to making the world a better place. MOBI, you’re an incredible teammate.
