On Cloud Nine

Enterprise mobility programs are unique. No two businesses or verticals have the same mobile technology demands, so a cloud software solution must be flexible and capable of resolving virtually any issue.
MOBI’s industry-leading cloud software platform centralizes, comprehends, and controls device ecosystems for almost 20 different verticals. Here’s a quick breakdown of six different industries and how we’ve helped:
This industry relies on programs that offer real-time data, remote accessibility, and connectivity for dozens of device types to succeed. Unfortunately, widespread users and multiple facilities often lead to programs that severely lack centralization and visibility.
One customer needed to remedy these issues without burdening IT in the process. Our software solution unified this customer’s disparate systems and eliminated the internal burden of managing enterprise mobility. By automating program management, creating self-service user options, and increasing company-wide visibility, this customer now saves up to $410 per employee annually.
Another transportation customer’s previous solution lacked necessary device inventory controls and report-building features. This resulted in cost savings reports and recommendations that lagged months behind and were unable to be acted on when received.
After only 37 days, our software automated about 800 monthly end-user activities and created an average savings of nearly $17,000 each month.[tweet this]
After only 37 days of implementation, our software was fully integrated into existing systems, allowing program administrators to automate device inventory tracking permissions and controls for about 800 monthly end-user activities. Actionable expense report delivery also creates an average savings of nearly $17,000 each month.
Manufacturer efficiency peaks when tasks are uniformly performed and employees feel comfortable with the technology they use. If a mobile device is unfamiliar and/or mismanaged, it can impact the bottom line and expose a business to breaches and vulnerabilities.
A global customer sought mobility management software capable of centralizing and controlling more than 17,000 devices enrolled in a variety of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), Blended Payment, and Corporate Liable (CL) programs.
This customer’s fully automated and integrated solution operates in eight different languages across more than 20 countries, and has uncovered more than $15 million in savings.[tweet this]
Our platform utilizes device usage data and analytics to migrate each user to an optimal program, which allowed the customer to control program enrollment and accurate global spend allocations. This customer’s fully automated and integrated solution operates in eight different languages across more than 20 countries, and has uncovered more than $15 million in savings.
If healthcare mobility can overcome complexity and scale, the quality of patient care drastically improves. More than anything, these companies’ enterprise mobility efforts improve through flexible, configurable software that proactively evolves a program as its needs and operational structures change.
In addition to these common industry issues, one customer’s enterprise mobility effort grew too large to manage internally. Temporary staff members and multi-departmental workflows also made it tricky to track device inventory and usage.
Ad hoc reporting capabilities also deliver granular usage details and allow administrators to accurately and effectively control user behavior through more than 700 automated activities each month.[tweet this]
Our cloud software eliminated this customer’s need for internal involvement in mobility management, streamlining operations and freeing up Information Technology (IT) resources for more important initiatives. Ad hoc reporting capabilities also deliver granular usage details and allow administrators to accurately and effectively control user behavior through more than 700 automated activities each month.
Public entities present unique challenges. Data privacy and program security aren’t just priorities; they’re mandated. Additionally, carrier accounts, data workflows, and approval processes seldom look the same from one agency or department to the next.
A customer needed these issues resolved, but also sought a cloud software solution that gave its program administrators the ability to manage employee behavior and call detail records. Without this functionality, it was impossible to determine whether employees were breaking policy and using devices for personal reasons.
Each department maintained its independence while benefiting from program-wide visibility and a feature that drills down call details to the individual level.[tweet this]

Food/beverage companies pride themselves on efficiency; when enterprise mobility programs can’t operate at peak levels, it’s problematic. Without proper resources to leverage, program support can quickly erode when managing multiple locations and/or subsidiaries.
In less than 30 days, we implemented a new approval process that drastically improved efficiency, enabled customized company-wide reporting and billing, and saves this customer 12% of monthly carrier costs.[tweet this]
One customer’s program was managed by a single administrator, which obviously hindered efficiency and overall program performance. In less than 30 days, we implemented a configurable, multi-stage approval process for end-user activities that drastically improved efficiency, enabled customized company-wide reporting and billing, and saves this customer 12% of monthly carrier costs.
Today, more than $10,000 in savings are uncovered each month by eliminating personal usage expenses and optimizing user plans based on past behavior and trends.
In this industry, monthly usage and travel charges can be unpredictable and unexpected. This leads to billing challenges, disorganized workflows, difficult-to-enforce approval processes, and inconsistent program communications.
In addition to these issues, one customer needed help controlling spend. We built a custom feature that creates program-wide visibility by allowing its administrators to configure and deliver usage reports whenever needed. It was so effective that we added it as a standard console feature for other customers to utilize. For this customer, monthly carrier charges have never been more predictable and budgeting forecasts are finally accurate.
A new travel feature was also implemented to track international usage and ensure that appropriate features are added to each user’s line of service prior to departure.[tweet this]
Customized approval processes were also automated to handle employee requests. Device or carrier plan changes are now delayed until a corresponding supervisor responds positively to a MOBI-generated email. A new travel feature was also implemented to track international usage and ensure that appropriate features are added to each user’s line of service prior to departure.
